secrets. Springfield's three great architects, Charles A. Cregar, Robert C.
Gotwald, and William K. Shilling, all called College Hill home. Join us and
discover the fascinating story of this historic north end neighborhood. Meet
at the main entrance to the University at the corner of Ward and Wittenberg.

Liberty District was a vibrant African American neighborhood filled with
schools, churches, theaters, and locally owned businesses. Join us to
discover this neighborhood's remarkable and, at times, tumultuous history,
including stories of Civil Rights leaders Hattie Moseley and Dorothy Bacon,
boxer Davey Moore, and the fight for Fulton School. Meet outside 823 South

from companies like Sears, Roebuck & Co., Montgomery Ward, and Aladdin. Join
us to explore the Hills and Dales neighborhood, which boasts one of
Springfield's best collections of catalog houses from the 1920s through
1940s. Meet at the corner of St. Paris Road and Snowhill Boulevard.
