Annual Awards 2008 - Online Nomination

The Springfield Preservation Alliance is pleased to announce a call for nominations for our 2008 Annual Awards, recognizing the best revitalization and preservation achievements in Springfield, Ohio. Entries should reflect creativity, innovation, and passion for community growth. Anyone is welcome to submit nominations, which will be reviewed by the Alliance Awards Committee. Recipients will be announced at Springfield Preservation Alliance’s Annual Meeting and Birthday Celebration on September 9.

This award is presented to an individual or organization for their continuous work in advancing the preservation movement in Springfield, Ohio.

Outstanding Work of Preservation by a Homeowner
This award is presented to a homeowner for their outstanding work in the preservation, restoration, or rehabilitation of their historic property in Springfield, Ohio.

Outstanding Work of Preservation by an Organization
This award is presented to an organization (for-profit, non-profit, or governmental) for their outstanding work in the preservation, restoration, rehabilitation, or promotion of a historic structure, site, or district in Springfield, Ohio.

Please send photographs if possible (preferably in digital format – TIFF or JPEG) of the nominated person or organization in action. All images must be taken by the nominator or otherwise be in the ownership of the nominator. Please be aware that by submitting photographs with this nomination, you are hereby agreeing to allow the Springfield Preservation Alliance to use those images in print, web, and other display formats without restriction of any kind.
